Permission Forms

Upcoming Club and Intramural Information

Clubs and intramurals occur at different times throughout the school year.  The teacher in charge of the club or intramural will determine the meeting dates.  Once a club or intramural is announced  on on the morning announcements students can come down to the activities and pick up a flyer.  That information will also be listed on this website (with the permission form).  If your child is interested in signing up for a particular club or intramural, please promptly complete the permission form on the flyer and return it to the Activities Office.  Once the roster for a club or intramural is full, no more students will be allowed to sign up.
If you would like to sign up for daily announcements you will need to register.  Please see click here to view the attached document for a Remind101 code.  Select the team your child is on and enter the code to begin receiving school-wide announcements which will tell you when the clubs and/or intramurals are open for registration and other information that is occurring in our building.
Below are the individual flyers/permission forms for different clubs and intramurals that have been announced to the students.  Currently Action Math (5th/6th grade only) is now closed for registration.

PTO Virtual Challenge (April 6th-10th)

                         Day 1 - Monday - National Student-Athlete Day

* We are just going to ask students to show us how they are staying active, whether it's playing sports or going on a walk. And if you are a student athlete, take a picture of you being active in your team uniform.

Day 2 - Tuesday - Where Do You Read?
* We are just going to ask them to show us where they are reading, or to share what they are reading, or even to share a book that they recommend that others read.

Day 3 - Wednesday - What's For Lunch?
* We are asking for pictures of the kids eating lunch, and suggesting that they help make it.

Day 4 - Thursday - Family Game Night
* We are asking for pictures of families playing games together, even if it's a playing tag football in the backyard. We are just trying to get the families to do something fun together.

Day 5 - Friday - National Siblings Day
* Show us pictures of you with your siblings, even if they are of the furry kind!! And if they don't have siblings, or pet siblings, they can share pics of them with cousins, aunts, uncles or grandparents.
