Earlier this month first-grade students at Marzolf Primary performed the musical “Pajama Party” for their families. The students worked hard to prepare for this performance and wowed the audience with their singing and movements.

Through this experience, the first-graders learned so much more than music. Preparing for and being part of a musical helps students to practice perseverance and demonstrates the value of hard work. It also builds a sense of community, where every child is an important part of the team. The students used their STAR behaviors to SHINE on stage!
