To his students, Adam Rosenwald is a teacher at Shaler Area High School who is committed to supporting his students. He is also a veteran, committed to helping his fellow soldiers. This summer, Rosenwald will cycle the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) Trail from Pittsburgh to Washington D.C. to raise funds and awareness for
Pittsburgh Warriors Hockey, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing veteran suicide and offering support services to veterans. Each day, miles of the ride will be dedicated to fallen soldiers.
This is the third annual Healing Ride. This year, Rosenwald will be joined by 4 other cyclists on this journey to give a little back to the veterans who have given us so much.
