PARENT ADVISORY COUNCIL

Parents are asked to volunteer for the District Title 1 Parent Advisory Council.
Representatives for each school are selected to paticipate.
Meetings vary between morning and afternoon times. There are three meetings a year that coincide with the DPC (District parent council) meetings.
This group meets with the the Shaler Area Title 1 coordinator as needed throughout the year to review the program and to make recommendations for its improvement.
One family attends the summer parent training/workshop at 7 Springs Mountain Resort.
