School Construction Update: July 2016

In July, crews secured the Rogers Primary School site for construction by installing a fence around the perimeter of the property.

Starting July 18, 2016, construction crews began the demolition of the building interior as well as erosion control on the property. The green design of the project promotes the recycling of construction materials on site.

Shaler Area School District administration and the construction management team held a special Good Neighbor School Construction meeting on July 19 with residents in the surrounding neighborhood who may be impacted by construction to present the project and field any questions and concerns from the neighbors.

August 1, 2016 will mark the beginning of the building demolition process.
