On Thursday December 21st, the Shaler Area Middle School Health/PE Department held it’s 7thAnnual Winter Classic Volleyball Tournament. Close to 350 students and 50 staff members participated in the event. The tournament raised just over $1400 which was donated to the North Hills Community Outreach – Millvale Division. It is a culminating event corresponding with the volleyball unit in the student’s physical education classes. After many close and exciting matches, the winning team this year was The T-Train, with The Holiday Hitters coming in as runner-up.
