Eight Shaler Area students dual-enrolled in A.W. Beattie Career Center recently earned recognition for their knowledge at the Pennsylvania Association of Family Career and Community Leaders of America competition in Seven Springs.
Students earned medals at the FCCLA competition in a variety of categories. Gold medalists earned at least a 90 percent score in their competition. Silver medalists scored at least 80 percent. All other competitors earned a bronze medal.
