This is your chance to discover if your family heirloom is a hidden treasure! Attendance at this fun, informative event will reveal a broad spectrum of antique information and the opportunity to have family heirlooms or collectables appraised by experts. Don’t miss this wonderful educational opportunity. Please know that there will be a fee of $5 for each item appraised (3 for $12) which will serve as a donation to the SNHL Children’s Department.
This is your opportunity to have family heirlooms and collectables appraised by experts. This informative program is in partnership with the Heinz History Center via the History Center Affiliates Program (HCAP). Advice on how to better care for and conduct research on your items will also be provided.
The most unique items discovered this day may be given the opportunity to participate in the History Center’s “Pittsburgh’s Hidden Treasures” event. Over the past years many treasures that have been uncovered at SNHL have been featured on KDKA-TV as part of their popular television show.
