Description:
Schoolhouse Rock Live! is one of musical theater's brightest and most innovative shows. Based on the Emmy Award winning 1970s educational cartoon series, Schoolhouse uses a wide array of musical styles to teach grammar, math, science, history, social studies, and political science while telling a story of Tom, a young teacher nervously anticipating his first day on the job. Originally produced by Theatre BAM at Cafe Voltaire in Chicago, Schoolhouse has quickly become a favorite of the stage as well as television. Performances will be held at the Shaler Area Middle School Auditorium. Opening night performance begins at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 16, 2018. The Saturday matinée begins at 2:00, February 17, 2018. Ticket prices are $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for seniors and students.
