Mr. Jeff Rojik, principal at Burchfield Primary School, is one of six people nominated for the Making a Daily Difference Award through Fund It Forward.

Fund It Forward is a nonprofit organization that aims to ease the burdens of families with children with special needs by raising money for adaptive equipment not covered by health insurance.

The Making a Daily Difference Award was created to recognize professionals changing the lives of children with special needs and their families. Mr. Rojik was nominated for his efforts and attention to the needs of students with special needs at the primary school.

Voting is open through Oct. 7 at http://conta.cc/2d6u2kB. The winner and nominees will be honored at the Fund It Forward Wicked Good Time Gala on Saturday, October 22 at LeMont.
