PDE Comprehensive Plan available for public review
PA Department of Education Chapter 4 regulations specifies planning requirements for school entities.  Every 3 years, a school entity must submit a comprehensive plan to the secretary of education for approval. This plan establishes the areas of professional focus for the upcoming three-year period (July 1, 2019-June 30, 2022). This draft copy will be available on the Shaler Area School District website now through November 7, 2018, in order to allow members of the community to review its contents.

Following this public review period, the plan will be presented to the Shaler Area Board of Directors at the November 14, 2018 public meeting for their approval.
